Working Principle

The main components of the machine include: polymer feeder (including hopper), dry powder infiltration device, storage tank, level controller, mixer, dosing water inlet pipe, electric control  cabinet.

Polymer metering devices
The polymer dosage unit consists of a hopper, a push screw and an electric heater. The effective volume of the hopper can meet the dosage demand for a long time.
The effective volume of the hopper can meet the dosage demand for a long time, and the hopper is equipped with a sight glass, which can monitor the material level through the dry powder level meter. Pusher screw driven by high precision reducer can meet the dosage requirements. Electric heater can be installed on the discharge pipe of the pusher screw to prevent the powder from clogging on the pusher screw. Powder clumping can be prevented.

Polymer dissolution unit
The polymer dissolution unit consists of a pre-soaking unit, a storage tank and 3 sets of agitators. The pre-soaking unit is used to pre-wet and mix the polymer powder. 3 tanks are used for pre-mixing, homogenising and solution storage. The agitators are used to ensure homogeneity.

Water supply unit
The water supply unit consists of piping, manual ball valves, filters, pressure gauges, solenoid valves, shut-off valves, rotor flowmeters, and so on. Flow meter and other components.
