Drying phase: Crush the sludge into fine particles to increase the specific surface area of the material. Direct contact drying with hot air at 150℃. The overall drying efficiency is increased by 30%~60%.

Carbonisation phase: External heating sealed pyrolysis system. The temperature is adjustable between 600~850 ℃. In the absence of oxygen, the generated H2, CO, oil, syngas …… are recovered and reused in the drying system, thus saving energy and operating costs.

Integrated Drying and Carbonisation System: The high temperature exhaust gas produced by the carboniser can be reused for drying, thus reducing the energy consumption of the dryer and eliminating the need for separate emission treatment of the carboniser.

Sludge Drying System

Sludge dryer in the drying cylinder body set up a unique crushing and stirring device to increase the efficiency of hot air contact, in a short period of time to obtain the quality of uniform drying of the finished product (particle size of 1-5mm).

Sludge Carbonisation System Exhaust Gas Safety

In an anaerobic or anoxic state, after the sludge is heated, first the water in the sludge evaporates. Then the sludge containing carbon, hydrogen, oxygen and nitrogen elements and other organic components are distilled, low molecular substances and oil and other macromolecular substances are volatilised.Due to the evaporation of water and the volatilisation of decomposition gases, numerous small holes are formed on the surface and inside. After further heating, the organic components continue to decrease and carbonisation proceeds slowly, resulting in a carbonised product rich in fixed carbon elements.

Exhaust Gas Safety

Inhibition measures:

1. 300~400℃ is the generation temperature of dioxin, ensure the temperature inside the carbonisation furnace is higher than 850℃, which can effectively prevent the low temperature generation of dioxin.

2. The exhaust gas after combustion stays at 850℃ for 2 seconds, which makes the dioxin decompose completely.

3. The carbonisation system is equipped with a cooling tower, which can rapidly cool down the high temperature flue gas, so that the exhaust gas can be quickly reduced to below 300℃, preventing dioxin from being generated again.

4. The activated carbon tower at the end can adsorb the remaining trace amount of dioxin.
