It is suitable for use in sand sedimentation tanks, flocculation tanks, precipitation tanks, dissolved air flotation scraping, and as a sand lifter. Its function is to scrape and collect floating oil (scum) on the water surface and sludge on the bottom of the pool.

The gear motor drives the chain wheel, and the chain wheel drives the chain to rotate. The FRP Scraper is installed on the rotating chain. When the rotary chain passes through the bottom of the pool, the scraper will scrape the mud and sand deposited on the bottom of the pool to the sludge collection hopper. When the rotary chain passes the surface of the pool, the scraper will collect the scum on the surface of the pool into the scum collector. The equipment can be operated continuously or intermittently.
