Automatic Polymer Dosing Unit is a fully automated and continuously operating unit designed for the preparation of chemicals used in water and wastewater treatment. The Automatic Polymer Dosing Unit dissolves dry chemical/polymer powders and can be customised to dilute concentrated solutions. Automatic Polymer Dosing Units are generally made of SS304 as a whole and the dosing unit system is made of SS304 or PVC for different polymer powders and speciality chemicals.
The main components of the machine include: polymer feeder (including hopper), dry powder infiltration device, storage tank, level controller, mixer, dosing water inlet pipe, electric control cabinet.

Polymer metering devices
The polymer dosage unit consists of a hopper, a push screw and an electric heater. The effective volume of the hopper can meet the dosage demand for a long time.

Polymer dissolution unit
The polymer dissolution unit consists of a pre-soaking unit, a storage tank and 3 sets of agitators. The pre-soaking unit is used to pre-wet and mix the polymer powder. 3 tanks are used for pre-mixing, homogenising and solution storage. The agitators are used to ensure homogeneity.
Water supply unit
The water supply unit consists of piping, manual ball valves, filters, pressure gauges, solenoid valves, shut-off valves, rotor flowmeters, and so on. Flow meter and other components.
