The truck mounted sludge dewatering plant developed by Maishan can be transported to the project site using a vehicle. It is typically used for dewatering sludge from sewage treatment plant sludge tanks. When responding to sludge in the sludge tanks of a wastewater treatment plant, the polymer preparation unit is switched on so that the polymer is completely mixed. The sludge is then pumped by sludge pumps from the sludge tanks to the mixing and flocculation tanks at the WWTP. In the flocculation tank of the screw press, the sludge is mixed with a flocculant pumped in by a metering pump. The flocculated sludge then flows into the main body of the scroll screw press for dewatering. The dewatered sludge cake is conveyed by a screw conveyor.And the filtrate can be efficiently treated by a fine filtration device to meet river discharge standards.
